Has anyone ever noticed that a cat's favorite place to be is right where you are trying to walk? I am convinced that my roommate's cat likes to be stepped on. Good thing she is cute...that is all I'm going to say.

In other news, I still haven't heard from a certain radio station about the 30 Seconds to Mars meet n greet. I emailed them two weeks ago. I might have to get bitchy, or hire one of my bitchy friends to pretend they are me:) I'm sad, because this certain radio station is pretty much the only one I can stand to listen to, and they are slowly but surely moving up on my shit list.

I called to cancel my car insurance today because I got a cheaper rate somewhere else, and the guy asked for my last name. I told him and he said, "ok I'll get that canceled for you" and hung up. Umm...doesn't he need to know my first name? And shouldn't I get a refund for part of it? I'm so confused. I think I'm going to call after hours and leave a message so I don't have to talk to him again. It makes me feel a-w-k-w-a-r-d!

I heart Nerds

So...I have a confession, I totally love nerds. I am one at heart. My favorite is Michael Cera. I totally have a nerd crush on him. I think he is completely adorable. I know he plays pretty much the same character in every movie, but I don't care! I think he's funny. Superbad, Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, Juno, Youth in Revolt...what is not to love about these movies?? I'm going to see Scott Pilgrim vs. The World tomorrow and I'm totally stoked. Hopefully it will be everything my nerdy heart desires.

So...as many of you know, my one true love is Jared Leto. *heart flutter* One of my favorite bands is 30 Seconds to Mars, and he is the lead singer. My friends tried to win me some meet and greet passes to his concert for my graduation gift, but it didn't work out. They technically won, and they are AMAZING friends for trying so hard. However, we totally got screwed over and nobody ended up getting the prize. They just announced a tour date for September and I am going to try my hardest to get a meet and greet pass. Luckily, I have a radio DJ on my side, I'm just hoping he follows through with his promise. I am so excited! I really wanted to get a picture with the band last time. I talked about it for weeks leading up to the concert. I admit, I am obsessed. I have been to several of their concerts, and at each and every one of them they stay after and sign cd's for anyone who wants theirs signed. Of course, my luck being what it is, they decided not to do a signing after this concert. Sad, sad day for me. I even tried to bribe the security guards and told them that it was my college graduation and that's all I wanted in the world. No luck. So I HAVE to get it this time, I just have to! I'm on a mission friends...wish me luck.

Movies that move me :)

Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE movies that make me cry. I know, I'm weird. But I just love movies and music that touch my soul. ( Jenny hates that saying...which means I need to use it more often! haha! ) Anyways, I was thinking about a few movies like this that I wanted to share. I would totally recommend any of them if you need a good cry :)
